The Department of Industry and Trade of Vietnam's central Da Nang city and Amazon Global Selling Vietnam have launched a cooperation program to support businesses in Da Nang and the Central Highlands in branding and reaching hundreds of millions of international customers through e-commerce.

The program was announced at a workshop titled “Da Nang – Online Export Hub of Central Vietnam,” held on August 14, marking the start of a partnership aimed at helping local businesses expand into global markets through Amazon.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Phuong, Director of the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, said the partnership would provide an important foundation for closer coordination in supporting businesses to access international markets.

Mr. Tran Xuan Thuy, Director of Seller Development at Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, said participating businesses would have access to training courses, tools and resources for branding and selling products globally.

Under the program, businesses will receive support throughout the process, from market research to securing their first orders on Amazon. Selected businesses will also receive one-on-one guidance on product selection, brand promotion and platform operations.

The partnership will also connect businesses with international logistics, payment and marketing service providers and provide opportunities to learn from thousands of Vietnamese sellers on Amazon.
