Vietnam to adjust on-lending rate of ODA loans
New Decree amends and supplements articles in previous Decree on the on-lending of ODA loans and foreign concessional loans of the government.
Germany to provide ODA loans
In a government-level negotiation meeting on development cooperation between Vietnam and Germany in 2021, which was held online on July 23, Germany committed to provide €50 million ($58.92 million) in ODA loans this year and €63.56 million ($74.89 million) in non-refundable ODA loans for 14 technical assistance and investment projects.
