Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (YLVN) officially celebrated the grand opening and commercial commencement of its newest flagship facility, the Yusen Hung Yen Logistics Center (YHLC).
Located at Land Lot CN8, Yen My Industrial Park, Yen My Commune, Hung Yen Province, this state-of-the-art facility marks YLVN’s seventh logistics center in Vietnam, reinforcing the company's commitment to providing innovative, sustainable, and highly efficient supply chain solutions across the region.

Spanning a total land area of 40,000 sq m with 18.634 sq m of international standard warehouse floor space, YHLC is designed to address the growing complexities of modern domestic and global trade. The multi-functional integrated facility offers a total capacity of approximately 21,600 pallet positions through an advanced selective racking system.
To cater to diverse product segments, the warehouse features specialized zoning configurations including General Storage with 15,400 pallet positions; Bonded Storage with 5,400 pallet positions; Air-Conditioned Storage with 800 pallet positions
Designed to support high-volume operations and efficient cargo handling, the center is equipped with 34 international standard container docks and 12 dock levelers, helping customers achieve faster turnaround times and seamless freight movements.

Located in the heart of Northern Vietnam’s industrial corridor, YHLC provides convenient access to major transportation hubs and industrial parks, including Hanoi (40 km), Noi Bai International Airport (65 km), Hai Phong Seaport (85 km), and major industrial hubs including Thang Long 2 IP (5 km), Dai An IP (30 km), VSIP Bac Ninh (35 km), Dong Van IP (50 km), as well as the upcoming Gia Binh International Airport.
This strategic location enables efficient nationwide distribution while supporting import and export cargo flows via air, sea, and land transportation networks.

The facility is powered by an advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing customers with real-time inventory visibility and full end-to-end transparency. Operations are handheld computer integration and inventory barcode scanning, optimizing resource allocation while enforcing rigid 24/7 CCTV surveillance and international fire prevention and fighting safety standards.
Supporting sustainable logistics (ESG)
In alignment with the Group’s global Net-Zero environmental targets, YHLC sets a new standard for sustainable warehousing by achieving the prestigious LEED GOLD international green building certification. The center acts as a direct facilitator for customers looking to minimize their Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas emissions through eco-friendly infrastructure. In particular, roof-mounted solar panels provide clean, renewable energy to power the center's daily operations. Smart LED lighting systems are used throughout the facility to significantly lower carbon footprints. A near-future on-site Electric Vehicle Charging Station will support the future of sustainable, zero-emission logistics transportation.
