Low-carbon agricultural value chain project to go ahead

The “Developing a low-carbon agricultural value chain” project is expected to be implemented over six years from 2023 to 2029, with a total estimated cost of $390 million. A loan of $300 million will come from the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), with counterpart capital from the Vietnamese Government of $60 million and a grant of $30 million.
