At an online conference on addressing goods congestion at northern border gates, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh asked ministries, agencies, and localities to hold talks with relevant Chinese agencies to immediately establish a “green zone” and a “green channel” to control Covid-19 and accelerate the distribution of goods.
