Vietnam is set to boost the blending of ethanol and gasoline as a means to address rising fuel costs.
E10 biofuel to be piloted in major cities from August 1
The fuel, a gasoline blend containing 10% ethanol, will be on sale in Hanoi, HCM City and Hai Phong.
