Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Mr. Bui Duy Cuong, set a target to complete site clearance within a maximum of three months for projects with favorable conditions, particularly those situated primarily on agricultural land.

Hanoi encourages strategic private investors with strong financial capacity, extensive experience, and the ability to implement synchronized infrastructure to participate in these projects in accordance with legal regulations.

Experts believe that as the market matures, the next chapter of Hanoi’s office sector will be defined by multipolar development, flexible workplace design, operational efficiency, and an ESG-oriented growth strategy.

The new regulations aim to finalize the legal framework, ensure transparency in fee determination, and enhance the efficiency of state management over apartment operations.

This initiative is part of the city’s broader goal to complete 120,000 social housing units during the 2026–2030 period.
