Expressway linking Ha Giang with Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway to come
An 83-km expressway connecting northern Ha Giang province with the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway is to be built from 2022 to 2027. Investment of more than VND8.7 trillion ($379.74 million) will come from South Korean ODA loans and counterpart funding from the Vietnamese Government.
