Vietnam among Top 10 in cross-border data transfers
Vietnam is in the Top 10 in the world in cross-border data transfers. The big challenge in maintaining its position is protecting data safety for users and each person’s privacy without affecting data flows, which are the lifeblood of the digital economy. The digital economy has been the fastest-growing field in Vietnam in the last five years, reaching $14 billion in 2020 and forecast to reach $52 billion by 2025.
