Foreign investment into Vietnam surged in the first half of 2026, driven by manufacturing, high-tech industries, and record FDI disbursement as investors reinforced their confidence in the country’s long-term growth prospects.
The six-day event featuring some key activities, including Vietnam Finance Forum 2026, and the Da Nang Semiconductor and High Technology 2026 Conference.
The projects span sectors identified as the province's key growth drivers, including renewable energy, urban development, logistics, tourism, industry and high-tech agriculture.
The projects spanning six key sectors, including industrial development, urban and housing projects, trade and services, healthcare, education, tourism, agriculture, environmental initiatives, and major regional transport infrastructure.
Key priorities include completing the governance and operational framework, building a database of strategic investors, and accelerating infrastructure development.
The project is planned to span approximately 571 ha with a main wharf length of 7.5 km. Its design capacity is projected to reach 4.8 million TEUs by 2030, eventually scaling up to 16.9 million TEUs by 2047.
These organisations are among more than 50 investors and institutions that have expressed interest in participating in Vietnam's International Financial Center.
A "National Action Plan on Pollution Remediation and Air Quality Management for 2026-2030, with a vision to 2045" has been submitted to the Prime Minister.
